Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?

A: We are a factory, specializing in heat exchanger fin tubes fabrication since 2012.

Q: What is your main business?

A: DR(Extruded) Fin Tube

Wrapped L Fin Tube; Overlapped LL Fin Tube, Knurled KL Fin Tube;

Elbows, Low Fin Tube, Corrugated Tube

Q: How many staff in your company?

A: Totally we have 20 staff, among which 15 are operation workers.

Q: How do you control your quality?

A: We always put quality as the most important thing for customers, and we control the quality from raw material inspection, production checking to water pressure test and strength test. Also the third party can be authorized to check.

Q: What certificate you have?

A: Currently we have passed ISO 9001: 2015.

Q: Could you provide samples?

A: Surely, sample in short cut can be provided freely but with freight collected. The freight cost can be deducted from future orders.

Q: How about delivery time?

A: Usually it takes 20-35 days to finish production, depends on material and order quantity.

Q: How about  your package?

A: The common package is fiber strip * plastic film * wooden box * steel frame. Customers' requirement is accepted.

Q: How about payment?

A: If order value below USD2000, 100% paid before production; If more than USD2000, 30% as deposit and 70% before shipment.
