This is the first time we tried different copper extruded fin tube with different copper material. In this new order, the core tube is copper nickel alloy tube, the fin tube is C11000 copper tube. At the beginning production, we failed many times to reach the fin height. But after trying several times and find out the problem, we finished the order production successfully.

Previously, we did integral copper extruded fin tube, which is easier to do. But this time tube and fin are different materials. When strip off the fin at both ends, we are very careful in case of damaging the copper tube surface. Finally we succeed.
